Rental Facilities and Rates

Whether you need a meeting place for just one day or a classroom for an entire week, we have computer labs, lecture and conference rooms that work for various functions.  We provide easy, fast  contracting options for government agencies, private businesses and non-profits.  Call 360-596-5753 or email rvilla@spscc.ctc.edu for availability.

• Computer labs – 6 full computer labs ranging from 12-24 workstations, which can be configured to meet your technical needs.
• Lecture classrooms – Two lecture classrooms which can be setup to accommodate groups of up to 75, or smaller groups of 25 or less.
• One small conference room with seating for 10 for small meetings and intimate retreats.
• One 12 station testing lab for high-stakes certification testing through one of our testing partners.

All of our rooms come equipped with white boards, projection screens,  and  an instructor podium equipped with computer and connection to a built-in LCD projector.  Lecture classrooms and the conference room also include a DVD/VCR player and a stereo sound system.

Our site is located just off I-5 at exit 111 in Lacey, with plenty of free parking.   We offer convenient access to a variety of coffee houses, restaurants and shopping options to enhance your visit.
