  • Strategic  Planning
  • Performance Assessment
  • Process Improvement
  • Budgeting
  • Working in a Political Environment
  • People and Resource Management

Learn with peers from across the state who work for organizations large and small.  Each section of the course is taught by knowledgeable  instructors, with years of hands-on experience in their subject.   Earn your certificate in just nine months with our online hybrid  model.  Attend full-day seminar sessions two days a month, augmented by a rich online learning environment.  Instructors will be available every step of the way to answer your questions and guide you through the certification process.

Organizations large and small can benefit from sponsorship of a CPM participant in a number of ways.  Participants bring enhanced knowledge and management skills back to their organizations which they can apply immediately.  They also form a network of peers to call on for assistance, information,  and advice to help them solve problems and perform at the highest level in their position.  To earn the CPM credential, participants must also use the skills they learn to complete a project that will directly benefit your organization.
